Gratitute 2025

During this holiday season, I’ve been reflecting on something that
feels especially important to me — the Say It Now movement
(justsayitnow.org). It’s a reminder that gratitude carries the greatest
meaning when it’s spoken, not postponed. If something matters, we should say it now.
So I want to take this moment to say thank you.
As a concierge patient, you have chosen a style of care built on
trust, time, and true partnership. Over the years, what begins as a
physician–patient relationship often grows into something deeper
— a shared understanding, mutual respect, and, quite often, a
genuine friendship. Those connections are one of the great gifts of
practicing medicine this way, and I value them more than I can
easily put into words.
You can see in the photo above, one of those relationships, not only
two runners sharing a common passion for movement, health, and
staying active, but a bonding that has occurred. It’s a reminder that
the relationships we build in medicine often extend beyond the
office, grounded in shared values, mutual encouragement, and a
commitment to living fully. Moments like these are part of what
make this work so meaningful to me, and I am deeply grateful for
them.
After more than 30 years in medicine, I’ve learned that the most
meaningful care happens in relationships that are allowed to grow.
We talk not only about labs and medications, but about families,
goals, challenges, victories, and the passage of life itself. I am
grateful for the openness you bring, the trust you extend, and the
partnership we share in caring for your health and well-being.
The Say It Now movement reminds us that none of us are promised
unlimited time. Gratitude should never wait. Please know — now —
how much I appreciate you, not just as a patient, but as someone I
genuinely enjoy knowing and working with.
As we look ahead, my commitment is simple and steady: to
continue walking alongside you, helping you feel and function your
best, and supporting your health, vitality, and quality of life for many
years to come.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey.
Wishing you peace, health, and meaning this holiday season and
beyond.
With sincere gratitude and the warmest regards,
Dr. Steslow
